• Business Information: Legal business name, registration/license number, GST number (if applicable), PAN, and business address.

• Contact Information: Name, phone number, and email ID of the primary contact person.

• Operational Data: Hotel room availability, check-in/check-out data, transaction history, and guest logs.

• Device and Network Data: IP address, login times, and device identifiers used to access the iChekin platform.

 

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and use hotel partner data for the following purposes:

• To verify and onboard your property on the iChekin platform.

• To facilitate smooth guest check-ins/check-outs and KYC validation.

• To maintain accurate transactional records and guest visit logs.

• To provide customer support and communicate important updates.

• To comply with regulatory and legal obligations.

 

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share your data as necessary:

• With Guests: Business name and basic contact/location details may be displayed to guests for check-in purposes.

• With Authorities: We may disclose records to law enforcement or regulatory agencies as required by applicable laws.

• With Service Providers: Third-party services used for IT support, identity verification, or cloud hosting will only access data under strict confidentiality agreements.

• Your business is active on iChekin, and

After account deactivation or termination, data is securely deleted unless otherwise required.

• Notify you via the registered email address or in-app notifications.
