1. Introduction iChekin ("App") is a digital check-in solution for hotels and guests, enabling seamless KYC verification and check-in/check-out via Aadhaar-based authentication and QR code scanning. By using iChekin, both guests and hotel partners agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. User Eligibility
● Guests must be at least 18 years old to use iChekin for hotel check-ins.
● Hotel partners must be legally registered entities with a valid business license.
● Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Guest Responsibilities
● Guests must ensure the accuracy of personal data provided for KYC verification.
● Any fraudulent activity, including the use of fake or stolen identification, will result in immediate account suspension.
● Guests must comply with hotel policies and local laws during their stay.
4. Hotel Partner Responsibilities
● Hotels must verify guest identities as per local legal requirements.
● Any misuse of guest data will result in removal from the iChekin platform.
● Hotels are responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory and availability of rooms listed.
5. Booking and Check-in Process
● Guests can check in digitally by scanning the hotel’s QR code and verifying their identity.
● Hotels reserve the right to deny check-in based on legal requirements or guest policy violations.
● iChekin does not guarantee room availability; booking confirmation depends on the hotel’s policies.
6. Payment and Fees
● iChekin does not process hotel payments; all transactions must be handled directly with the hotel.
● Hotels may charge additional fees for early check-ins, late check-outs, or cancellations.
● Guests and hotels must adhere to their respective payment policies.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
● iChekin collects and processes guest data strictly for check-in and verification purposes.
● Hotels must not misuse or share guest data without explicit consent.

8. Limitations of Liability
● iChekin is a facilitation platform and is not responsible for any disputes between guests and hotels.
● We are not liable for service failures, losses, or damages incurred due to app
unavailability.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
● iChekin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
● Users may request account deletion by contacting support.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
● These terms are governed by the laws of India.
● Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi.
